Our Palo Santo distiller has been involved in the careful ecological harvesting of deadwood in the Parque Nacional Machalilla in Ecuador for many years. Only naturally fallen trees are gathered, and there is no waste of the harvested wood: every piece either distilled or used as medicine or incense.
