Biographical Note:
Chanel Tsang is a Montessori teacher, yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher, and family supports practitioner (supporting programs for families with children ages 0--4 years). She incorporates her 15+ years of experience working with children and families in the early years and education sectors to create the Peace Out podcast as a resource for teachers and parents who want to introduce social-emotional learning and mindfulness to their children. She currently works at the Centre for Child Development, Mental Health, and Policy at the University of Toronto.
